Looks legit to me. I'm sure they just got regular filming permits to close off a few streets for several hours, like any movie shoot.

I buy it. It is several small stunts filmed separately and edited to appear like it is one continuous run. The shadow lengths vary throughout the video.

All - Couple items:

What are the basic specs of the car (make, model, engine size, etc.)

What's the orange lever the driver pulls on periodically--next to the shifter? Certainly not a brake lever, right?
